Step 1: Request a Quote

Step 2: Book a Time

Once you’ve approved our quote, we’ll promptly reach out to the Real Estate Agent to schedule the earliest possible inspection time. Recognising the time-sensitive nature of your decisions, we aim to conduct the inspection within 2-3 days of consultation. Book an Inspection Now!

Step 3: Inspect Property

The onsite inspection typically lasts around 1-2 hours, though the duration may vary based on the requested inspection service and the property’s specifics. This includes a thorough assessment of structures on-site, building interiors and exteriors, roofing and guttering components, subfloor areas and accessible roof voids, fencing and drainage observations.

Step 4: Verbal Briefing

At the conclusion of the onsite inspection, our inspector will phone you to summarise the actual findings and discuss any significant issues or concerns observed during the inspection. This provides instant, often time critical, feedback and important information to our clients. It provides an opportunity to ask questions and obtain a general understanding of what to expect from the detailed report to follow.

Step 5: Compile Report

Compiling the report involves collating all of the inspection results together and presenting it in a thorough, detailed, yet readable format. This process takes longer than the physical inspection itself, however, we believe this is a critical component of our service and sets us apart form our competitors. The report clearly identifies minor and major defects including potential safety hazards, structural concerns and where requested to do so, a timber pest assessment. The report is sent electronically, in most cases, the evening of the inspection.

Step 6: Further Advice

Upon receiving your report, we are at your disposal for additional consultation and clarification as needed.
