The service Simon from Bloom Inspections provides is outstanding. We were looking at purchasing a home at auction so the time frame was tight but Simon was able to come and give us a thorough and detailed property inspection at very short notice. He provided a comprehensive building inspection and actually walked us through the property at the end highlighting any areas of concern and even talked us through future maintenance needs of the property. Simon’s extensive building knowledge is evident and we loved that he was able to explain everything in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand which gave us the confidence to go ahead purchase our home.
