If you are considering buying or need your new build inspected, I would strongly recommend you get Simon from Bloom to check out the property. I give Simon 5 stars for service. He is extremely professional, trustworthy and thorough and his many years of experience is evident. I certainly wouldn’t buy another property without Simon checking it over first. Getting the inspection really took the stress and risk out of our purchase knowing exactly what we were buying and helped with the price negotiation as well!
